AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Voizo mobile application titled “Voizo – Voice Chat Make Friends”, the website located at https://www.voizo.app (the “Platform”), and any related features, content, or services (collectively, the “Services”) made available by Voizo Connect Private Limited (“Voizo”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at Amaira Enterprises Syana, Petrol pump ke pichey, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh 203001, India.

The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines (collectively, the “Platform Policies”). These Platform Policies shall be read together and form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

We may periodically update these Terms and will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where required, we may notify you of material changes through in-app notifications or other appropriate means.

CHANGES TO SERVICES

Our Platform is dynamic and may evolve over time. As such, we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion, including adding or removing features or functionalities, without prior notice.

Where any change requires your consent under applicable law, we shall seek such consent. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

WHO MAY USE OUR SERVICES

Our Platform connects you with new people based on your preferred language, helping you discover friends and make new connections. You can connect with as many individuals as you like and share personalized experiences ("Service/Services").

To use our Services, you must register using your mobile number and verify your account through a one-time password (OTP). You may use the Services only if you are capable of forming a binding agreement under applicable law and are legally permitted to do so.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or any legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

PRIVACY POLICY

To effectively provide and introduce any new Services to you, we collect certain information such as your phone number, your gender and your name from you. We may further request and store additional information. Such information is stored securely on amazon web services or "AWS" cloud servers, thereby also subject to the terms of the AWS privacy policy. The Voizo Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and store the information collected. The Voizo Privacy Policy also details your rights under law and how you may control the data you provide us.

We have described how we store and use this information in the Voizo Privacy Policy.

As stated under the Privacy Policy, we may also use third-party embeds and services on the Platform. The usage of such API services and embeds are covered by the policies of such third-party services.

Coins Policy

HOW DO COINS WORK?

You can now license virtual gifts/digital goods (such as stickers, gifs, banners etc) to our users ("Gifts"). You can send such gifts by acquiring Coins ("Coins/Coin") using our authorised payment methods and through payment providers made available and authorized by us. Do note that Coins/Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, or legal tender.

Purchasing Coins:

The price of the Coins will be displayed at the point of purchase. All charges and payments for Coins will be made in the currency specified at the point of purchase through the relevant payment mechanism as set out by us.

You will be responsible for the payment of any Coins purchased by you. Once your payment has been made, your user account will be credited with the number of Coins purchased.

Usage of Coins:

Coins can be used to purchase store items that can be used by users to customise their profiles. Coins can also be used to send gifts to other users. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, or legal tender, or currency of any state, region, or any political entity, or any other form of credit.

Coins can only be used on our Platform and as a part of our Services and cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, discounts or special offers, except those designated by us.

No Coins may be assigned or transferred to any other user of the Platform or any third party. The sale, barter, assignment, or other disposal of any Coins, other than by us, is expressly prohibited. Any violation of this restriction may result in termination of your account on the Platform, forfeiture of the Coins from your account, and/or you may be subject to liability for damages, litigation and transaction costs.

Accrued Coins do not constitute property and are not transferable: (i) upon death; (ii) as part of a domestic relations matter; or (iii) otherwise by operation of law.

You agree that we have the right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate such Coins, where we have a valid reason to do so such as where we reasonably believe you have violated this Coins Policy, you are in breach of any applicable law or regulation or for legal, security or technical reasons and that we will have no liability to you based on our exercise of this right. If we decided to eliminate Coins from our Services completely, we will do so by providing reasonable notice to you.

A unit of Coins will expire 365 days from the date of its purchase/receipt by the user.

HOW DO GIFTS WORK?

You acquire Gifts by redeeming the Coin available in your account on the Platform. You can send these Gifts to other users as well as receive Gifts from other users on the Platform. Do note that Gifts sent or received by you cannot be exchanged for cash, or legal tender. When a user sends a gift to another user.

Purchasing Gifts

Gifts constitute a limited license to certain features of digital products and services. The conversion/ redemption rate between each Coin and Gift will be displayed on our Platform.

Published prices include taxes where required under applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree that we have the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate such exchange rate as we deem fit in our sole discretion, in any general or specific case, and that we will have no liability to you based on our exercise of such right.

Except as otherwise set out in this Coin Policy, all conversions/ redemptions of Coins into Gifts are final. We do not offer refunds in any manner.

Gifts cannot be converted into or exchanged for Coins or cash or be refunded or reimbursed by us for any reason.

Gifts exchanged or received by any user do not constitute property and are not transferable: (i) upon death; (ii) as part of a domestic relations matter; or (iii) otherwise by operation of law.

We may replace previously exchanged copies of Gifts, if we determine in our sole discretion that the Gifts exchanged or received by a user are corrupted or otherwise damaged. We will not charge additional fees for reissuing a corrupted or otherwise damaged Gift. If you receive a corrupted or otherwise damaged Gift, contact us at support@voizo.app

We reserve the right to terminate or take any other appropriate action against you if you are deemed to be abusing the Coins Feature or you are in breach of this Coins Policy.

You are not permitted to use any Gift or Coin in lieu of receipt of any goods or services from any user on the Platform or otherwise.

REPORTING

In the event you note any violation of this Coins Policy by a user, please report it at support@voizo.app

In the event that multiple reports are made regarding violation of the Coins Policy, we may be compelled to terminate your account with us and block you from registering with us. If you wish to appeal any such removal, you may write to us at support@voizo.app

There will be no refunds for any unused or unredeemed Coins or gifts, so we recommend you use them before terminating your account.

NOTE TO USERS

Coins/ Gifts are not treated as individual goods to be purchased by users but as licenced access to items issued by the Platform.

Coins and Gifts associated with your account will be extinguished once you delete your account from our Platform.

Coins cannot be used for trading on the internet.

You are solely responsible for the Coins/ Gifts you purchase on the Platform and you agree that we will have no liability or responsibility with respect to such Coins/ Gifts.

We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion as to what constitutes a violation.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change portions of this Coins Policy at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date on which these terms were last updated.

YOUR COMMITMENTS

a. No Impersonation or False Information to be Provided

While you are not required to use your real name on the Platform, you must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including your phone number and any other details required by us from time to time.

You shall not falsely represent yourself as another person or mislead users regarding your identity, characteristics, or intent while using the Platform. You agree not to engage in any conduct that deceives or misleads other users, including through the manner of communication, content shared, or interactions initiated on the Platform.

You shall not use the Platform to spread false information, misinformation, or any content that is misleading as to its origin or nature.

b. Device Security

We have implemented reasonable measures to ensure the security of our Platform. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform is free from vulnerabilities, viruses, or unauthorized access.

You agree that you shall not use any automated means, including bots, scripts, or scraping tools, to access the Platform or collect user information. You shall not create or operate multiple accounts using deceptive methods or allow your account to be associated with multiple identities through unauthorized means, including but not limited to phone numbers, IP addresses, devices, payment instruments, or other identifiers.

You shall be responsible for all activities carried out through your account and any accounts linked to you through such identifiers.

c. Content Removal and Termination

If any content shared, transmitted, or made available by you is reported or found to be in violation of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws, we reserve the right to remove such content from the Platform without prior notice.

We further reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, and prevent you from re-registering on the Platform, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms.

Certain activities may result in permanent termination of your account. These include, but are not limited to:

Creating an account with abusive, misleading, or inappropriate identifiers;
Registering using a device or phone number previously restricted or blocked by us due to policy violations;
Engaging in or promoting solicitation, sexual services, or any form of prohibited commercial activity on the Platform.

Certain violations may result in temporary suspension or restriction, depending on the severity and frequency of the conduct. These may include, but are not limited to:

Conduct that violates Platform Policies but does not warrant immediate termination;
Engaging in inappropriate, obscene, or abusive communication.

Voizo reserves the right to assess the nature and severity of any violation and determine the appropriate enforcement action at its sole discretion. In general, we may follow a progressive enforcement approach, including notification, temporary suspension, and eventual termination in cases of repeated violations.

d. Respecting the Rights and Privacy of Other Users

You agree to respect the rights, dignity, and privacy of other users. You shall not share any content belonging to another person without their consent, or otherwise use the Platform in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any individual.

You shall not engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory conduct against any user based on gender, religion, caste, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristic. You shall not create or share content that promotes hatred, violence, or hostility between individuals or groups.

e. Respecting Voizo’s Intellectual Property Rights

Voizo owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its technology, software, design, content, trademarks, and branding.

You agree not to, directly or indirectly:

use Voizo’s name, trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials except as expressly permitted;
copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform or its content, except as enabled through the intended functionality of the Services;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform;
develop, use, or distribute any third-party tools, including bots, crawlers, or automated systems, that interact with the Platform without our prior written permission, including for the purpose of extracting user data or Platform content.

f. Platform Not to be Used For Anything Unlawful or Illegal

You shall not use the Platform to share, transmit, or engage in any content or activity that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited under applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is:

obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
harmful to minors or in violation of child protection laws;
discriminatory, hateful, or inciting violence against any individual or group;
threatening the security, integrity, or sovereignty of India or public order;
promoting gambling, money laundering, or illegal financial activities;
defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable;
misleading or deceptive in nature, including impersonation or false representation;
related to unauthorized commercial activities, solicitation, or spam;
containing malicious code, viruses, or any program designed to disrupt or damage systems;
otherwise in violation of any applicable laws in force.

g. Content Rights and Liabilities

We do not claim ownership of the content you share on the Platform, and all rights in such content remain with you.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you post, share, or transmit on the Platform and for any consequences arising from such content. Voizo does not endorse any content shared by users and shall not be liable for any such content or its effects.

We reserve the right to access, review, remove, or restrict any content at any time, including where such content is in violation of these Terms or applicable laws, or where necessary to maintain the integrity of the Platform.

You may delete your content or account at any time; however, content that has been shared with other users may continue to be available on the Platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

h. Third-Party Materials and Services

The Platform may include or provide access to content, features, or services offered by third parties. Your use of such third-party materials or services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

Voizo does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or materials, including their accuracy, quality, or availability.

i. Intermediary Status and No Liability

Voizo is an intermediary as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. These Terms are published in accordance with applicable legal requirements governing intermediaries.

Our role is limited to providing a platform that enables users to interact and share content. Content on the Platform is primarily generated by users, and we do not exercise editorial control over such content.

We shall not be responsible for any actions taken by users, whether on or off the Platform, or for any content shared by users or third parties. Each user is solely responsible for their content and interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, reputation, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

j. You Will Not Attempt to Disrupt or Jeopardise Voizo Services

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Platform or its underlying systems.

You shall not access or attempt to access non-public areas of the Platform, introduce malicious software, use bots or automated systems, or engage in any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.

You shall not create new accounts after your account has been suspended or terminated, use unauthorized applications to access the Platform, or attempt to obtain login credentials of other users.

You shall not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or security mechanism implemented by us. Any attempt to tamper with the Platform’s architecture or security may result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

PERMISSIONS YOU GIVE TO US

You accept these Terms and grant us certain permissions so that we may provide, improve, and sustain our Services.

a. Permission to Use and Share Information

In order to provide our Services and operate the Platform, we may collect, use, process, and share certain information relating to you, including but not limited to your username, profile information, gender, usage patterns, engagement behaviour, and activity on the Platform.

Such information may be used for purposes including improving user experience, personalising content, enabling Platform features, and displaying sponsored content or advertisements.

You acknowledge that Voizo is not obligated to share any revenue or compensation with you in connection with any advertisements, promotions, or third-party content displayed on the Platform. The presence of advertisements or third-party content does not constitute an endorsement by Voizo, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or authenticity of such content.

Where required under applicable law, we will seek your consent prior to sharing any sensitive personal data.

b. Automatic Downloads and Updates

We are constantly updating and improving our Platform and Services. In order to continue using the Services, you may be required to download updates or install newer versions of the application from time to time.

You acknowledge and agree that such updates may be installed automatically or may require manual action on your part, and continued use of the Platform may depend on installing the latest available version.

c. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect and store information regarding your use of the Services and interactions with the Platform.

Such technologies are commonly used to enable functionality, improve user experience, analyse usage patterns, and support advertising or promotional activities.

d. Data Retention

We shall have the right to retain and process information relating to your use of the Platform for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, or as required under applicable law.

You grant us the right to store, process, and retain such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

OUR AGREEMENT AND WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DISAGREE

a. Assignment

The rights and obligations under these Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed without our prior written consent.

However, we may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor entity, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets. In such cases, your information may be transferred as part of such transaction, and you will be notified where required.

b. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh .

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

As part of our commitment to user safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance, we have established a grievance redressal mechanism in accordance with applicable laws.

Users may report content, accounts, or activities that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines through the reporting mechanisms available on the Platform. Reports may be submitted during interactions, through user profiles, or via available support channels.

Upon submission of a complaint, we may generate a reference or ticket for tracking purposes. We shall endeavour to review and address grievances within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

If a complaint is made against your account or content, you may be provided an opportunity to review the details and submit an appeal or clarification, where applicable.

For the purpose of compliance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we may appoint a Grievance Officer whose details shall be made available as required.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not assume any liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or misuse of information on the Platform, or from the actions of any user.

The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voizo, its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or reliance on the Services.

In the event that any liability is established notwithstanding the foregoing, such liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of the Services in the month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account from the Platform.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, terminate, or otherwise limit your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or our Platform Policies, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

We may also discontinue the Services, impose usage limits, or deactivate accounts due to prolonged inactivity. While we may endeavour to provide prior notice, this may not always be feasible.

Where appropriate, we may notify you of actions taken against your account and provide an opportunity to appeal such decisions.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voizo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

(i) your use of or access to the Platform;

(ii) your breach of these Terms;

(iii) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;

(iv) your violation of applicable laws;

(v) your negligence, misconduct, or fraudulent activity.

This obligation shall survive termination of these Terms.

UNSOLICITED MATERIAL

We welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas. However, any such submissions shall be deemed non-confidential, and we shall be free to use, reproduce, or implement them without any obligation to compensate you.

PROHIBITION OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment. This includes, without limitation, the sharing, creation, or distribution of any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative manner.

2. Reporting and Compliance

Users who encounter any such content must report it immediately through the Platform or by contacting us at:

We cooperate with law enforcement authorities and relevant agencies in investigating such matters and shall comply with applicable legal requirements, including content takedown and data preservation obligations.

3. Enforcement

Any user found to be in violation of this policy shall be subject to immediate suspension or termination of their account and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

4. Safety Measures

We may implement technological and manual measures, including monitoring and moderation systems, to detect and prevent prohibited content and protect users, particularly minors.

GENERAL

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any amendment or waiver of these Terms must be made in writing by us.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
